33tk Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the Platform

Introduction & Consent

33tk (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is a licensed online gaming service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described on this page ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 33tk and you (the "Member" or "User").

If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact the 33tk support team immediately.

Eligibility & Age Limit

Under 33tk's Terms & Conditions, this Platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We are firmly committed to preventing underage gaming and may request proof of identity to verify your age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Under 33tk's Terms & Conditions, account verification must be completed before making a deposit. Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted. Funds sent through third parties will be returned and the associated account will be reviewed.

All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). There are no hidden charges — however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not the responsibility of 33tk.

Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met before withdrawing funds from 33tk. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your account is fully verified and that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Daily withdrawal limit: up to BDT 1,00,000.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• 33tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or collecting bonuses through any other fraudulent means — is a serious violation of 33tk's terms and conditions. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.

Gaming Policy & Fair Play Guarantee

All games on 33tk are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every game outcome is completely random and impartial — with no predetermined results.

• All games are verified through regular third-party audits.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round will be voided and the wager returned.
• Any valid complaint regarding a game outcome must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• 33tk's final decision shall apply in the resolution of all disputes.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the immediate closure of your 33tk account and potential forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or bots on game software.
• Colluding with other members in an attempt to win games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage.
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward other members or staff.

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

You may voluntarily close your 33tk account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

33tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, or legal requirements. In such cases, there is no obligation to return any forfeited funds.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the 33tk support team first. We take all complaints seriously and aim to respond within 72 hours.

• Submit the details and evidence of your dispute via support chat.
• 33tk will complete a full investigation within 7 business days.
• The final outcome of any investigation rests with 33tk and shall be considered conclusive.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Terms Amendment Policy

33tk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.
